OCTOBER: INTRODUCTION TO MATCHA

Overview:

Join us on Saturday’s during the month of October for Introduction to Matcha— a class at Harlem Coffee, Co. led by owner Kendrick Jones in partnership with Jitterbug Coaching. These classes are designed to deepen your knowledge and appreciation of this vibrant, centuries-old tea.

Each 90-minute session is limited to 4 participants, creating space for connection and conversation. Every month will explore a new theme, guiding you through the cultural, historical, and practical elements of matcha.

October Classes include:

• Educational Session – uncover the origins, traditions, and benefits of matcha.

• Hand Brewing Practice – learn step-by-step techniques for preparing matcha yourself.

• Guided Tasting – savor ceremonial grade, first harvest matcha.

As a participant, you’ll also receive an exclusive same-day discount on all coffee drinks and retail items.

Whether you’re new to matcha or looking to enrich your ritual, this class offers both knowledge and experience in a warm, welcoming setting.
